Step 6: Construction & Quality Assurance
From foundation through finish, we execute work with hands‑on oversight, conducting regular inspections and providing timely updates to keep your project on track and on budget.
Step 7: Close‑Out & Handover
We complete the final walkthrough, address your punch list, and deliver all documentation - including our Pacific Home Warranty 2‑5‑10 - so you’re protected from day one.
Step 8: Post‑Project Support & Maintenance
After completion, we remain available for warranty service, offering guidance and support to ensure your space stays functional, beautiful, and reliable over time.
